The message being conveyed is that reactive power can be made to do something useful.  In this case it is creating high voltage for an ozone generator.  Charge the capacitor during open time of the commutator, discharge the cap through the inductor during the shorted time of the commutator.  Phase difference between charge time and discharge time makes this REACTIVE POWER.

I have a question; In ozone patent the large capacitor represented by the letter L is the bifilar-coil 512,340 tesla patent?
Which also forms part of the coil with letter M??

The diagram is actually first : charging the capacitor because it is in parallel by the battery. but as it charge the caps, movement of electron will be done as it charge, and magnetic field is build up and energize the motor and turns the fan and as it turns, the shorting action happen, and making a short discharge between the battery and the capacitor. BUT! in that short short, things happen: make low self induction and high self induction in the coil of the motor but higher volts dictates and charge the caps to a high potential, and also make very high voltage at the secondary and obviously make an ozone. its like using one bullet in so many birds.


in time of shorting and break, potential will develop in small and high coil of the transformer and induce current in battery and caps and since caps discharge first then caps will be filled first. 


and that is what i honestly understand in that circuit sir. please correct me if i'm wrong ok.

I see an lc circuit generating high voltage into the secondary, it does just what the patent says it does generates ozone.
I don't see how repacing the cap with a bifilar coil will pull any energy from the setup, its basically a bipolar tesla coil.
