Why show that vid? What is the reason?

You and others probably have seen my pics and explanations of that exact type of motor a while ago. I did find how the windings are connected in series, but not just next to each other, but a series winding that goes around the disk more than once, between the 2 designated brush contacts as he shows are the same as the motor I had shown.

That vid kinda shows he does not understand it much. He doesnt understand a coreless armature and seems to believe that the plastic encasing the windings has something to do with the magnetic fields like a core does.  It is a homopolar motor that is segmented into portions and timed with the magnets positions using the brushes and commutator. The plastic just holds the windings in place as a flat disk. The motor casing is the core of the stator magnets.

Again, what is so special in that vid that we should understand as he explains it???

It seems very much so that you show a lot of misleading info.

i'm a changed man, i have no time for quarreling anymore, we can actually talk peacefully and respectfully with each other ok.

For me, the truth will set you free but what i see in you is you are being bound with something i dunno.
professionalism can be clearly seen just by the way we talk actually.

Well its like Erfinder said, 30 some min of what then?

And the motor is not so simple. The ingenuity is in the pattern of the series windings of the disk. It took me a bit of time to wrap my head around the windings beginning and end as shown by the brush positions.  Like they could have had the brushes 180deg like 'simple' motors. But that would be a very very low ohm input. But the windings go around the disk 3 times from end to end, brush to brush, providing the full windings of the disk with power without any windings in parallel, all in series.

It is a very interesting motor design, but not so simple, as Gerard did not get it.  The coreless armatures provide very quick acceleration, quick speed change, and less the core weight, more efficient.

But like ER says, you have a lot of followers, and this is what they get?  Sad

Lol. Talk about what? Certainly not about how to build an OU device. Other than that, this is the wrong thread, dont ya think? Anyone that is interested in this thread are interested in your claims. But they get vid after vid of guys showing fake OU devices all while they collect their checks from the ads. Maybe you get some of that payback by directing people here to such vids. Its not that the people here are getting ripped off monetarily by watching the vids. Its that they expect that you are pointing them in the right direction, which you are not, and wasting so much of peoples time on fake hope. 

So how have you changed, as you say? It still feels the same as it has been since the beginning....  Fake hope.  And that makes you feel good.
