I sent for the plans to the gravity motor from Creative Research, about a year and a half ago.  The plans are easy to follow, the design is well constructed and the parts list complete.  The heart of this system is the "highly efficient electromagnet" that is used to repel the masses so that they will rotate.  According to the plans this electromagnet is built with 20 pounds of medium gauge wire and Neodymium magnets.    The plans do not specity if this electromagnet will produce overunity force to reset the rotating masses, which will then rotate by using gravity.  My guess is that this company provides the basic design, then it is up to the builder to tweak the design to provide overunity power.
