Ed Leeds. and Coral Castle and Magnetic Currents - Overunity Device?

Hello. I've been reading about Coral Castle and Ed's book "Magnetic Currents" and I noticed that in his book he lays out a design, in pretty simple terms, which can be made from junkyard materials, which he claims produces perpetual motion. He claims this occurs because the magnets in the field around the device are set into a never-ending orbit.

Although I have to admit that from looking over how magnetic flux works in modern applications for transforming kinetic energy into electricity (hydro dam, electromagnetic induction), the kinetic force provided by the flowing water is repelled by the magnetic interactions, and electricity is produced in proportion to the repelling force. If it were true that magnets flying in an orbit were producing electricity, it should also be true that they are slowing down in their orbit.

But despite this flaw I still want to try to build the simplistic decide Ed lays out in his book, just for the heck of it. I won't be let down if it fails because I've already conceived of a reason why it should fail, but if it did work it would be amazing.

And another reason why I want to build this anyway is that I've read other people on other forums claiming to have succeeded and made 'permanent lamps' for their living rooms, etc.

Question: Has anyone made Ed's long-U-prong shaped device, and if so has it worked or failed?

Question: Anyone have a link to instructions on how to build Ed's U-prong device, instructions which are easier to read than Ed laid them out? I admit they are simple instructions, but the way Ed lays them out it seems tough to sort out. They're sequenced between multiple projects and not numbered or enumerated separately.
