Burning water not HHO?

Plastic funnels are pretty cheap, so why not remove that little cotton/fiberglass wool/aluminum nozzle contraption from the top just to prove the slow burning flame isn't being fueled by the stuff inside the nozzle ?

How can home microwave be modified to generate this frequency?

I could allways sneak in a small bottle of salt water in the local airport's naked body scanner
if I knew what frequency it emitts!
