Marinov showed how to make a perpetual mobile out of it.

Ron Hubbard showed how to use it to generate electricity.

Here is your bone - Both Hubbard and Marinov used the acceleration on an electric arc to activate the coil.

Dr. Randall Mills showed how hydrogen atoms can be reduced to atoms or particles smaller than H1 which he calls hydrinos.

We know that all atoms of a given element do not contain the same amount of energy. The mass converted into potential energy through AB effect does not consume whole electrons but just a small number of particles ranging in size of a few plank units.

So one could make the claim that it does not destroy the mass and sort of be correct but it does reduce the mass. The amount of reduction is so small it is immeasurable or as Einstein stated "Not everything that counts is countable"

This is why people wrongly assume that electricity is not mass to atomic energy conversion. Inventors are careful to avoid terms like accelerator or mass to atomic energy conversion since it now falls under the illegal national security laws set up to protect oil companies.

Thane Heins was asked in his thread if core mass is reduced. Notice how DOE and NASA bought copies of the motor? It is much cheaper for the oil companies to use the peoples money and corrupted government to suppress the OU devices even though Thane's device poses ZERO public risk.

What can one man do? Quit working for the people's worst enemies. That goes for all of you. They are powerless without their lackeys and thugs.

National defense is a ruse. Governments are created to protect the ultra wealthy and they use the dumbest people on Earth as their thugs. That is why you can legally be denied employment as a cop if you have an IQ over 109. Smart people don't have integrity issues and they need thugs on the street, not justice.

Ironically, the biggest threat to any nation is its own military industrial complex, military and government.

If you want peace, work for justice. If you want energy equality and security, build something.
