hello
i have been looking on youtube and found this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-z1DAhwYJio&feature=channel_page

this guy i exploding water with capacitor discharge , and I'm thinking why not to try to discharge a capacitor to water cell ? just like we discharge cap to ignition coil in plasma spark ? its late now here in poland but i will try tomorrow with some smaller voltage like 110 and 240 volts, but this guy is using 1400 V cap anyway i have 360V capacitors so i will give it a try tomorrow

cheers from poland

ok i have tried and its not working, i used 200uF 360V capacitor maybe some other value will work? what i notice when i was using 140 V dc there was no production but when switched to 300 V dc there was some production but nothing special

what i also tried is i connected a spark plug without any resistor and discharging 200 uF 300V capacitor to spark plug there was nothing until i have sprayed salt water on it then it explodes with big bang i think that for just water i need higher voltage

i think its worth to try in a car because in engine there is bigger pressure so when you insert water mist its gonna work .

well now i have to get higher voltage around 600V and capacitor that will work with 600V around 200uF or bigger ..

cheers from poland

what is the resistance of your cell when there is no current flow and what is it with current flow ?

knowing those values will help you determine what voltage and capacitance values you will need to have chances to have a bit more succes.
