Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi Chet,
Did you observe the device free running?
If yes, for how long, and did it seem to maintain speed? Also, how was it started and stopped?

Thanks
Mike

So once again we have a site visit.

With NO comparative rundown data, even though the experiment I suggested is a simple and fast one.

And NO data about what the visitor actually saw, in regards to tests performed or actual time of a run.

Here we go again.

Have you learned _nothing_ from recent experience? Apparently not.

Hi all,

Patent here

Regards

That's not a patent, it's a patent application. Very different creatures.
And this patent application has zero chance of being granted.

Quoting:

[0019] Advantages of the magnetic motor embodying the present invention over prior magnetic motors are as follows:

[0020] 1. Very powerful, can operate in the so-called cold fusion mode

[0021] 2. Small size (no shielding)

[0022] 3. Cost (no expense for shield or machining); can be built up of carbon composites, plastics etc., and cast and not machined

[0023] 4. Only one moving part

[0024] 5. No heat produced

[0025] 6. Very long operating life

[0026] 7. No fuel or electric current needed to power the motor, and

[0027] 8. Easily installed-can be a throw away for replacement.

[0028] In conclusion, I have thought of the outer world and its relation to the universe and its arrangements and motions (stars, moons, planets, etc. rotating endlessly) and the thought of the inner world, the arrangement of atoms and its subatomic particles (neutrons, etc.) motions and realized the possibility that the magnet and its associated force fields is possibly the "Rosetta Stone" connecting these worlds.

[0029] With this in mind I have created a pseudo magnet (magnets) that has an endless magnetic force field with no magnet (magnets) located at its virtual atomic center of symmetry so that another magnet (magnets) can pass through this center without collision with another magnet (magnets) as real magnets do when attracted to their mutual centers of symmetry.

[0030] This pass through magnet (magnets) is used as the prime movement object in the present invention.

[0031] The invention of a magnetic motor run by magnetic interactions is based on the reasoning as follows:

[0032] 1. Atomic force fields within the atom self propel the atom's component parts (neutrons, protons, electrons, etc.) in orbital (circular, rotational) motion about the atom's atomic center of symmetry with seemingly endless unlimited power forever unless acted upon by nuclear fission or fusion which destroys the atom's structural arrangement and the motion of the atom's components.

I have to admit, I am upset that I bring disappointment back
from my unannounced visit to a total stranger (and I am being quite serious!).

So many men "here'' are doing so much for this planet, day in and day out, experimenting and sharing, most times at great personal sacrifice.

I don't know what I was expecting but the man stopped me cold. His knowledge of magnets, physics, etc. astounded me! I am sure that there are members here and elsewhere who are Bill's peers, but I am certainly not one of them.

I cannot say what the future holds but I am hoping to learn much from Bill. He definitely has a kind and sharing heart and you all know how I feel about sharing. Thank you LostCauses for starting this thread and setting my feet on this path.

Fair enough, Chet. At least you went to see him. Maybe on a future visit you can get a word in edgewise so to speak and do a little real testing that would show whether or not there is actually any energy gain from the magnets.

We know, I hope, how easy it is to be fooled by 1) the autokinetic magnet motor effect; 2) unexpectedly long rundowns of a heavy disk on good bearings; 3) confirmation bias, which makes us ignore negative results and fail to perform control experiments; 4) fuzzy thinking, including the post hoc fallacy and the fallacy of affirming the consequent.     http://www.logicalfallacies.info/

And we also know how difficult it is to question the authority of an elder gentleman who clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience, when one is a stranger in the house. You are to be commended for even trying.

But none of your impressions about Mr. Landon, nor the experience and knowledge of the person himself, have anything, really, to do with the claim that he's invented a magnet motor that runs itself, in "cold fusion" mode or otherwise.

Clearly, you, Chet, did not in fact see it "run", but only "run down." Correct?

Can you give any details at all about how you or he spun it up, what it did when it was turning, and how long it took to come to a stop? Did it seem to accelerate on its own at any time after you or he stopped pushing on it? How did you time the events?
In your opinion, how hard would it be to remove the stators and/or freeze their mechanisms, in order to compare the rotor performance with and without magnet interactions?

Because clearly, if the magnet interactions are helping AT ALL, it must not run down longer with them removed.

All a potential investor might want to know would be contained in that one single experiment. And it would be so easy to do and show. Imagine if he could show a video of that comparison! If the magnet-enabled version consistently ran down even a little bit longer, that would be the very first demonstration that would show that the whole effort is even possible in the first place.
