I agree with your healthy skepticism and agree with certain things you mention but in this business you have to keep hope that someone actually will pull ONE OU device out of the magicians hat and show the world with proper measurements and procedures to prove that it's possible...or not  ;)

Having seen many claims like this one it could turn out to be a dud, who knows, we've certainly seen enough of those  :-\

The intent of opening this post was to find more information on this device from whoever might happen to read it and make a connection.

the ultimate tsts is to close loop it or run a small batery with an external load for a few days. I cant see anything here. However I cant see anyfishing lines either TK
