Cars can be made to work pretty much like cars, as long as there's some wind blowing. Parking equals filling up batteries.

I'm after a combination of that, and wind props that are driven by underwater props, or the other way around.
Make them all collapsible, and you can work with any wind direction and strength.
I posted this else where. The chiney type sails could be telescopic. Not there for tail winds, when the wind props come out.
