Bulgarian UFO video found in P2P network

Hello All,
this is a video I found in a peer2peer filesharing network.
Does anyone know, if this is genuine or a fake ?
Watch the fast speed as the UFO flies away.
If this would be a fake and someone stood on a balcony
and would have been pulling a helium Blimp on a thread this could
have never been flying so fast away...the Blimp would have had much more
inertia and air resistance....

So, if it is not a clever computer insert animation it looks pretty real !
But that would also be pretty hard to fake, as the camera zooms in and
out...and computer object must then be scaled on the fly pretty exactly
following the camera zoomins and out...so I guess this could
be pretty genuine footage...
