Hi while back you pointed this link(below) as possible as something to try. Well, I have started but the problems I'm up against are some of the components used. Those are typical Russian power transistors Kt-827, Kt 825 (can locate those in the Us) Also I have no idea what the K561La7 is... Any suggestions?

If you don't want the power but to see just a glimpse of the kicks you can simply wind a double interleaved coil one lead copper one lead iron like so:

Drill small holes for the wires like so:

Wind them interleaved but make sure they stay as two separate coils, they are in no way electrically connected to each other.

When this coil is connected to a transistor like is explained exactly in the Carl Doc, one lead serves as trigger the other lead for output, it will act like a blocking oscillator and you can tune it to produce audible tones, and you have a good coil when it reacts heavily to the earths magnetic field.
By this i mean when it produces a steady tone and you move it the frequency will change dramatically.

Of course it will also respond to a magnet and it can respond to both at the same time if the fields correctly blend into each other.

Take it to the next level by hooking it up to a signal source and a scope, and raise the frequency watching the scope carefully.

WHat exact videos do you have of Tariel Kapanadze devices ?


Most videos are okay on youtube resolution to watch, as there are too many components on there
to decrypt.


Do you have any movies that were not yet posted to youtube of any presentation ?

You can use different transistors without a problem. By the way Russian transistors have one problem, they are weak to HV and other â€" you can easily burn it out when short circuited!
i think the Kt-827, Kt 825 are bad. i have burned while experimenting, all these out! they are too sensitive! By the way Kt-827, Kt 825 are Audio Amplifier Transistors.

better is to use:
MJL21193, MJL21194 or the best on my opinion is TIP2955, TIP3055 they are not so powerful as MJL but have a great characteristics on HV devices hard to burn out.

This is the list what i used:

MJL21193, MJL21194
2SA1943, 2SC5200
TIP2955, TIP3055

For all time in 5, 6 years i burned out in experiments something about 15 - 20 of these (they are expensive, but powerfull)
