Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

At 11:45 you can see the black box under the table very nicely.

There are only 4 cables going into it.
the 2 AC 220 Volts cables going into it as the input and
the 2 DC 12 Volts cables coming out of it again.

This is just a big AC to DC power supply converter.

Yes, transformer and diode bridge glued using kind of black resin inside a box (looks like a box storage for tea of coffe) , actually instead of resin if could be just black electrical insulating tape.

The conversations in this video are in georgian language.

An interesting question about the buzzing sound:
Why is it not at all audible anywhere in the green box demonstration? (Same light blue inverter used there)
It is very strong in the aquarium device demo too ! And it fades away after the device runs for some time (unusual)

As to the nature of that sound: Either magnetostriction of the transformer core
or a kinetic vibration of some sort not connected to magnetism directly (similar to Thrapps device sound)

The sound also ONLY occurs when the inverter is also connected to that little white mains box attached to the table leg.
Maybe some kind of ground feedback?

EDIT: If that white box is indeed at all connected to mains. Just looking at the cables it seems to be actually fed by the INVERTER's frontside
output cable. So by plugging the inverter backside cable into that box he would feed the inverter back on itself.

"Many electronic devices will consume a large initial current when first turned on (i.e. Inrush current) that can cause voltage fluctuations and affect the performance of other circuits connected to a common power supply. The source for this problem is often large capacitors with very low Input impedance. To counteract this issue, components can be added in series to throttle back the current initially as the device comes online."

Do you know what is the chronology of all Kapanadze videos ? Which one is the first ?

And this is explaing what exactly about the workbench TK device?
Remember the device does as well work when having the blue box disconnected in the moment the switch for the lamps is flipped, so a huge load is added. But no buzzing sound.
You can see that at around 5:30.

This is Cosmo's diagram with 220v on inside coil and another outside coil. I believe betwin those coils is a capacitance and if is ferrite inside ,looks like Mislavskyj's transformer. 220v must be pulsating current that's why is + and- on diagram.
For Cosmo,
I work for replicate the Delamorto's diagram  and an have two questions:
Coils are all wounds on the same way?
I have seen your diagram with CD4017 and the signall is divided by 3 , does it matter if i use a higher divider?
I have 374,7Khz in my HV,HF and i want to divide it  until around 50Hz, can be possible to work this device?
