You don't need to use SOT8 IC's to demage your eyes soldering!!

Try this. Very speed switch circuits. You can split SWITCH-4 to 3 part but main ground must solder on one point closest to sources transistors. Don't use optocouplers they are terrible slow. Use isolated transformer if you want izolation !!

Instead 2Т3115-2 use mm band Transisor. Ft>10 GHZ..50GHZ

For power use car battery 12V 50-150 Ah !!

In your opto circuit above, on the IRF7307, are pins 7 and 8 together and also pins 5 and 6. Looks like it on the diagram but unlike 1-3 and 2-4 that are clearly shown as connected together, the others are not as clear. lol

I looked again at the pdf and see that these are internally connected. So I guess I can use one or both and it won't make any difference.

pin 7,8 and pin 5,6 are internally connected indeed. So you could use only one pin in each couple...but is common use in order to increase max peak current to use both pins shorted externally together. Generally as good practice I short externally pins 5,6 and 7,8.
About speed I've found that the mentioned opto coupler's 100MHz bandwidth (about 10nsec rise time) is more than sufficient for our purposes. It goes without saying that I've also successfully built in the first attempt for Spherics 3D-TPU a pulse transformer driver...showing much similar efficiency/speed (full PSPICE sim available).
