It is almost impossible to predict the impact of a real OU-device. The most probable outcome is self-destruction of humankind, because an enormous amount of energy would be created to win the next conflict, assuming that both parties in the conflict will eventually have the same OU-devices and therefore access to endless energy.

But besides this sad outlook, there are two reasons why the Kapanadze device or devices do not work:

Case A, someone wants to prohibit OU-devices: in this case, poor Mr. Kapanadze would have disappeared, either dead or secretly rich.

Case B, no secret world government or no men in black: in that case, Mr. Kapanadze would also be invisible by now, because some investor would have taken over and would be filing patents and developing a market ready version out of the public eye. May be we would already see credible public announcements.

But instead we see the old story.

And in general:

We already have an OU-machine, it is called "sun" and for all practical purposes it will never stop (at least for some milliard years). The problem is, we think we need business to harvest its energy. But nature around as is already harvesting free energy from the sun since the dawn of time on earth. Only we, the stupid people want to do it differently, since we think we have a civilization. The only true and useful civilization will be indistinguishable from nature, ultimately taking its energy from the sun, freely delivered to earth for the coming milliard years.

You might know that the rivers flow and the wind blows because of the sun.

We even have a second OU-machine, it is called "moon" and drives the tides which nourish many creatures. May be the moon is gone before the sun is gone, but who cares, we first have to survive the next hundred years.

Anyway, sun is only one if billions of stars around ! Imagine just a perfect solar panel tapping all EM radiations from all stars in all EM range frequencies....

It would be very interesting to see, how the Kapanadze device reacts, if someone short circuits the output to the lamps while the device is running. Don't think there is any fuse connected to the device in the videos.

Forget it. Everytime you hear disturbed sound in camera that means too much RF is around. Compare it to clear videos from Kapanadze devices especially aquarium box (because it is not shielded)

You are right we already have free energy and Germany is already using it

Germany is on the right route and the pannels are getting cheaper and cheaper
