Both coils have thick wire primary 5 turns for example secondary about 200 turn

have you tried this?

Maybe i have been unattentive, but where in any Kapanadze patent is any mention of a specific frequency and an according spark gap correlation ?
The patents i have studied are WO2008103130A1 and WO2008103129A1, but maybe i missed one ?!
Can you please point out the specific patent you are referring to?
