I'm starting to believe, the more you are closer to the solution the more lonely and  poor you become....

But not because one is close to the solution, but because one is close to the solution (in fact has the solution) and is not willing to share it with others.

If Kapanadze had published his schematics back in 2004 then since 8 years the task for all concerned parties would be to improve the device to make it more suitable for daily use. Instead the task for all since 8 years is to waste their time in searching for some unknown principle of work. So it's obvious that this strategy is not suitable to make a lot of new friends.

IN perfect world we would be here to discuss the principle of free energy generators , to find the best embodiment to help each other sharing freely the experience , time and resources...but ... it's not a perfect world.
Tariel is ill and maybe lonely, Wesley spent a lot of money and time, Marco Rodin is asking for help,Eric Dollard has no stable situation either, Bruce Perrault is building kind of "financial pyramid" to support his researches;  many are dropped any OU activity due to personal problems and I'm here - no money , no job no friends.Who we could trust when this and many other sites are full of sharks and fakers ? TMZ was closed Due to political and organizational reasons.
Tariel is not willing as of now to give secrets for number of reasons.
1. at the present time:he wants to be paid as he believe that every inventor should benefit from his invention.
2.He has no patent that equals no protection for invention
3.My interpretation of that fact is that if you cannot sale it just give it away,- you can not even licence it because first item sold will be replicated by millions in the first week after.
That does not satisfy him. The eminent factor is TK is changing his position in this matter so there is no reliability in his state of mind of given point in time .Even if he says that he want to give away.
I offered him contact by which he was to become wealthy by means of popularity and Noble Price (- 3 of them)
That does not convince him.

I'm right now experimenting with transmutation as means of extremely inexpensive long life battery of power about 1 KW based on successful Lithuania Experiment yoke transmutation.
That has unknown (as of yet) factor of health risk due to I believe microwave cooking.
Easy to eliminate with Faraday Cage
If successful than 1KW/h of power might cost as little as 1 cent or less. ( one penny)

Independently to stated above I also prepare myself to go on with original TK device.

My overall progress at my best estimate is astonishing counting from day 1 of my involvement in the subject till today.

I have never been so comfortable and confident with subject of scientific interest as I'm now.

TK was to release his technology at November of 2011
He wanted to come to USA
The first I pointed to him that USA will unlikely grant Visa for him.
Than than his present health  status he will end up in American Hospital for quite the time.
Than that he did not want to come  by himself but with his friends so accommodation will be costly
  also ,some of them are quite favoring   use of Alcoholic Beverages in large amount of  them.
I  have asked few friends,
Covering expenses of that trip was possible but nobody wanted to issue invitation for TK as they where afraid that  few days of TK in hospital my put them in to severe danger of losing their houses due to responsibility coming from  invitation letter.
Few days in USA hospital might be 150 K or more.


If TK was to come here  by himself all of  the responsibility is  on him , but
TK is unemployed and not retired as of yet.
TK does not have any money on his account.


The ever existing rule that not enough of money is the most common reason of failure in human activity proves itself one more time.


With the time TK start to blame me for his inability to perform.
His friends got impact on our relationship.
Than our relation was  nonexistent for 5 months.
Than I spend money to regain relation with TK.
I did not pay to TK, and I was not requested to do  so ever. 
I'm in contact with him but   his constant mind changes put him in comparison to  young lady.
Catch the time, catch the moment and you will be able to change the world.

his present health  condition is much better as of now.
The last time I  have been talking to him was around 1 month ago.
He said:

I do not want to do it this way at now.

That should be understand that this decision might  be fluctuating from NO to Yes.

Ok, let's talk a bit offtopic. Let's assume Tariel or anybody is releasing this information freely. What is then happening in the world and what's the repercursions for Tariel himself ?

My guess: we are at the edge of big crissing ,bigger then "Cuban missing crisis" in 1962, not because it is a world changing info but because world is ruled by money system, politicians , greed and lust and seven deadly sins...
Man and his needs are nothing in this world , is like sheep in ritual slaughter. And even God is nothing for this world - just another selling item...

From Islamic countries only Saudi Arabia did something for ordinary peoples , for their future (investing in their education) but this is not enough. The rest depends so heavy on oil prices then sudden change will return them back to the dark ages and frustration so big so intense and so escalating.....
Everywhere on this planet secret power and governments has taken power from ordinary people regulating their lives to the last extense they can accept - but yet those "in power" has not found any solution for common day men troubles : illnesses , hunger, lack of clean drink water, climatic change and dangers of unsteady weather and many more. Those solutions which exists are availble to only 1/3 of Earth population.

Back to Tariel - what would be good for him personally in releasing complete plans of working device ? Will he got a  good financial reward allowing him to continuing work on this and other marvellous inventions ? Would he ? I wish he would, but reality tells me that once uneducated person release complete plan of working device the team of scientific and financial authorities take it as own discovery and develop into commerical success without any help for original inventor. Is this correct assumption Stiveip ? Then all what Tariel did is highly understandable.
