  I believe in later developments we have a video of TK with three Tesla coils discharging in a room where overhead is a large copper conductor.  The plasma when it forms creates a conductor that shorts the primary capacitor.  This is not how Tesla designed his circuits.  He CAPACITAVELY coupled through the spark gap his primary oscillations with his secondary.  I am sure all of you are aware of how to capacitavely couple circuits.  The spark gap is not and should not be used to allow electrons to flow from primary to secondary.  The magnified spark gap where no sparks should form is then caused to charge the electron net he has suspended above his three Tesla coils.  The alternate charging and discharging of this copper net will alternately pull and push electrons into and out of the ground which is a good scource of free electrons.  An electric field is current flowing.  An electrostatic field is dynamic it is not static.

Take a look at his "gravity" device with the two spinning discs. It is the same old ou device hidden deep inside a load of smoke and mirrors.  Look at his sidekick who appears in most of his videos. At one point his sidekick had to stop himself laughing at Kapanadze's explanation of this amazing "new" technology. That lets me know that his assistant  knows what the technology is all about.  I suspect a meg at the centre of it all.
But there is one point I would like to make. Sponsors are paying for his demonstrations; that is how he makes his living. Then when they want to make a deal he always declines.
THIS IS FRAUD.
He is a fraudster who is taking EVERYONE for a ride. He may have an OU device, but to misrepresent it in this way is still FRAUD.
I appeal to anyone who has tried to make a deal with him and been scammed in this way to make yourselves known, either publicly - or you can  pm me.

Electrostatic is a very high frequency oscillating magnetic field. I know how somebody could check it indirectly and proof maybe, but that require pure vacuum and automatic experiment (using robots). BEside that it's simple and you have seen it many times in school.

In Kapanadze gravity experiment did you noticed the big box containing actual power device ? Having 5kW output and a medium size ferrite core transformer (toroid) you can turn easily rotor by eddie currents.

Do you know how much he makes them pay for a demonstration ?
What does the demonstration include ? ...e.g.: does he allow the sponsors to make measurements with their own instruments?

Minimum 1000 dollars I understand, but maybe Wesley could comment, because he sponsored one.
Oh and guess what? He destroys the device after every demonstration.Something stinks in my view.
The secret is buried deep inside the build. Looking at his patent I suspect a meg.
He lets you look at the device, hold the device and take photos and videos.
If your instruments are too fancy he panics. So a crappy multimeter would be OK. I can't  say too much. I hope you understand.
All his devices are based on a solid state non Tesla coil device. The rest is smoke and mirrors. He is paranoid about someone "stealing" his device.
