Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am the sponsor and visitor, that went to see TK's invention, on 2 occasions.
My first trip, with a physicist (bilingual in Georgian and English),
was on the 5th to 8th May 2012.
We met TK, his son and twin brothers, who build these devises.
TK builds the important parts.
I'm the guy in the blue shirt, holding the box.
The plastic box weighed about 6-8 kilos and was
shown to run a 2 kw fire (2 bar) for about 4 hours. I paid
TK, via a friend of the physicist, 3000 USD.
This payment was ongoing, as TK was in bad health.
I also, via the friend, paid for TK's medical treatment.
All was well and good. The devise seemed to work without wires attached (except the earth).
I picked up the box, looked underneath, followed the braided earth lead outside to an earth spike (for grounding), touched it and checked it for hidden wires.
We agreed to sponsor TK, to pay for and build a 10 kw 3 phase version,
that could be tested, using multi-meters etc. In the meantime,
I approached 2 government agencies and started visa applications and commercial negotiations.
The return trip, with an RF Electronics expert and a box of test equipment
(list below), was arranged for 26 July until 02 August.
I had a Confidentiality Agreement ready and a Technology Licence contract.
I emailed these legals to TK's lawyer, beforehand. On day 2 of the trip,
I met with TK's lawyer, made slight amends with him to the 2 documents,
printed off and signed the Confidentiality Agreement. The Technology
Licence was to be signed after the tests were carried out.
I had done my part, as agreed. TK, at this point, stated that he was worried about our test procedures.
I emailed his lawyer and stated "I have asked *** to test the machine, to clarify what goes
into the box and what comes out of the box. This will not be invasive testing.
These tests are to prove that there is no outside source of energy and that the energy
output is of good quality. Each test will be approved by TK before we carry them out.
We have rented electrical test equipment to do this:
Neotronics Impact Gas Detector.
Fluke 435 Power Analyser.
Fluke 199 Scopemeter. Radiodetection CAT and Genny.
Monitran VM110. Flir i60.
Mechanical stethoscope.
Basic clamp-meter.
All these machines have standard data logging, to save the results.
We shall take the process of testing very slowly, confirming with TK at every stage.
If we cannot test, we cannot get our government to invest in a manufacturing company,
or sell the power to industry."
We then waited a further 2 days. In the evening of day five,
TK's son came over and showed us a picture of the (supposed)
3 phase machine on his digital camera (a 2" x 1" photo).
We said thank you but stated that testing must take place
for this working arrangement to proceed.
We asked for a full day of testing and we only had 1 day left.
Nothing until 7pm of the last evening before we flew out.
During the previous 5 days, we had promises from
TK that all is well and we could test that day.
Each day we saw nothing. At 7pm, we were invited by TK to see the box running.
We asked if we could test. He said no.
We politely declined his offer. He called us repeatedly over the next few hours, to try to get us to see his box.
To us, as commercial people, this was just
TK trying to reel us back in, as a big fish that is getting off the hook.
The last contact, by email, from his lawyer, stating that they believed
that this test equipment would find TK's secret. He also stated that
we should risk some more money with TK, for a further 2 months.
By the way, his lawyer amended the Technology Licence to state that
I would pay him 1500 USD a month....
That said it all.
We left Tbilisi at 3am the following morning and went to the airport.
Who did we see there? TK's son, in the arrivals section.
Probably waiting to receive a new party, to look at the machine that I had paid for.
Total spend on the project was about 20,000 USD.
I am a committed Christian. TK said that this was a gift from God.
I prayed with the man. He rewards me with insults, saying that
I was trying to steal his technology. TK, unfortunately, in my opinion, lives in fear.
His trust is verbal only. He gets financial reward and runs away.
When he was seriously ill, we paid for a doctor to see him and give him life saving medicine.
This means nothing to him.

Let"s  establish few facts in here with your help lets fallow the dates .


At the end of 2011 I was approached  by gentleman  to whom I responded.
The offer was specified in my posts in this forum That was the biggest offer ever TK was to dream about.
The amount of money was specified in my posts this year.If you look at my posts you will see my statement
I was offered.........


The offer was directed to me not to TK.
I contacted NYW and I said that priority rights to any technology by grandfathering belongs to TK 
Therefore I want to convince that man to give that offer to TK


Yes with that money I could of help anyone  from you to contribute to humanity not being worry that I'm  going to be dry.So I was thinking about what to do with it.


I said to the man that I will accept the offer if the offer is transferred to TK
and technology is free to  humanity and only competition is by means of willingness
to  manufacture it or  make it for any  human being and by any human being or just by
decision to pay for the device by the individuals  not willing to build one.


He said I'm not investor nor manufacturer  I'm not interested to make money on it.

From my visit with TK there was transition in  quality of relation.
Lets start  from very first day .



One of his friends was present in Opera hotel in Prague... with another one.
From the first day of me in  the plane to  Prague I was suspicious that something might of happened and
I must be very  careful.
After being fallow in airport by two man  I managed to get to Opera.
I found spying me individuals just stupidity amateurish that gave me indication
that no government  is involved in it yet.
I have met TK gave him a hug and than right after that there was skype call call Latvia
That was another company big one i Europe  for that entity to make a poison was  just
"piece of cake or piece of chocolate "

We went to restaurant.As I was afraid about  hidden microphones in hotel room.
That moment is in my videos.
Later on I found that mentioned entity was the party interested in technology and dealing with
TK for past 2 years, and I was just  messing up with that as direct competition.
In their picture was hydroelectric not electric device.
The primary question  was how did they  know about me and the trip.
The only logical  answer was ...... one of TK friends.


I was told that TK must leave few hours later to Tbilisi Georgia.
I decided to buy ticket and fly with TK.


In the plane food was given to us with the cake as addition.
But right before there the man few rows in front of me was suspiciously paying attention to us.


The food was given to us in the fashion of :

The suspicious man got the food  first and he handed it to us with the cakes "and with addition"

I was extremely tired and sleeping  but I recall that he was trying to do not expose himself.
After 5 minutes I start to feel bad and the taste of food was strange.
TK did not eat the cake as he is diabetic and he consumed only 10% of the food.
He consumed  in that evening a lot of vodka that also might be poison disintegration ingredient.
Later I found that  it is their custom and it is nothing strange.
Georgian hospitality and kindness is outstanding.The way they treat  guest is overwhelmingly pleasant.


I went to bathroom with difficulties and by looking at my face RED incredibly RED.I found that this is my end.
It is the time to die.

Than i recall heavy  very much specialized military training, and decided to fight for life.
total of 5 liters of water and two fingers helped me to empty my stomach.


At the airport there was a man who was scheduled to flight back  day before and who cancelled his flight
to wait for TK  arrival He was part of that entity.


He possibly expected me to get out of the plane in  horizontal position.
As citizen of USA I had a choice to sue airlines.
The goal I was trying to achieve , was much more important.


The "poisoner" was nervous and was trying to get  out of airport so rapidly that he was the most  noticeable person  there.


Son of TK was waiting for us.
The man from entity was looking sharp and official.
He was waiting with him.
In the plane small bag with TK insulin  ( medication) was stolen.


The man made quick look at me and he was trying to read my tag on the suitcase
I did not let him to do that.
He went to front sit of the car.
with me and TK on the back.
He was trying to establish any conversation at all.
I said please speak English.  So he did. Not so good one.


The gentleman  left us on our way to the house.( NOT TK HOUSE)
He was to stay  in the hotel. And  have meeting with TK next day.


After we went to the house TK said that he is  feeling bad and he must go to his apartment.
I did not see him from Friday ( from arrival) till Saturday  midday.
I was so happy and Georgians -  his family was so incredibly pleasant , kind, serving.
One of his friends was taking me to places and showing  Tbilisi
he did not accept any money even for  gasoline.
TK has never ask me for any money as well.


At 2pm in Sunday TK got  medication and i assumed he was sick for all of the time
I did not see him.
He was semiconscious at  all of that time.
I was so into the man  as we almost did not die both of us.


He called man with the mustache and he told him to make device for presentation .
I handed $200 to him as he told that he needs parts.

Did not want to accept the money but finality  he did.


I was waiting till 2AM Monday night ( TK was again semiconscious) than I was called
to see presentation.
The device worked for 1/2 hour than I had to go to airport.


Than I was in Prague.
I was denied to go to the  plane to USA as I was late ( not true)
I had to stay in airport for net 24 h and buy new ticket.
In that 24h I was preparing video and I published it.
The authorities must of find out that I mentioned poisoning.
How did they possibly could find out? ???
Well  purchased access to internet from airport store.
When with new ticket I was in line but there was already lady waiting for me telling me to present passport.
But I was told to wait first .. than wait without passport, than there was no passangers any longer.
I start to protest.
I was told to go to line upstairs.
I have met men with good English dressed like native american Indians,
( the modern fashion of the everyday dress with  accents)
He was right behind me he ask me why I'm so nervous?
I did not respond.
Than Personnel told me to go for screening I switch on camera and
I said that they will have a lot of problems.

I was touch in every possible place .
They where looking for any excuse anything just to hold me.
Than they directed me to separate room.
The plane  time to leave was up. I start to protest more and said to expose the event in any possible form.
I'm American......... I start to understand  that it was not airport  action but only  non-american management of  that particular gate personnel action.
They  where afraid to... that is good.
I was allowed to go to the plane but.. right  in front of the gate there was scanner with another lady completely not aware  of what was going on.My ticket was invalid.
She said that it must be some error and she said .o... ok go in.........
When I was inside the plane  I was on american territory.
However I was  in fear.
The American Indian Guy come to me and he said.
Everything is OK
You do not have to be  afraid any longer. Just come down please.
Than he left to his sit.
How he could know?
How it was possible that he know  what was going on?
there was no more problems..........

After that (about month later) TK was shown videos of mine  I was in Lithuania Experiment
When I called Him he said:
Wesley explain me who you are.......?
I told you do not show pictures of  my friends and anybody else. Why did you  do it?
He hang up on me before i was able to respond.
I spend around $80 on calling cards trying to talk to his friend  as TK was unavailable.
The explanation was simple..
I was tired in airport  waiting 24 hours and buying new ticket.
I did not sleep 36 hours starting from Sunday  morning.I did not review every frame prior to publishing.
Yes my fault.
But what...... there was no harm to anyone...........
Till now there is no harm......


I approached  friend of TK at first( one whom I might suspect he was working with Latvian  Entity)
He said yes I will help you to talk to TK but I need "help" on myself.
So he has got my "help."
Later he was rejected by TK.
Than  I was trying another friend  and so on and so on........
Finally I was allowed to talk to TK it was  march..


TK was told about the offer.
He was told that NYW wants him to be beneficiary  of the offer.




He said:
We will think about it and give you the answer. soon.. at the end of the week.


There was deadline May 26
He did not contact me till after  that date.


After that he called me by himself.
He was kind to me.
He proposed me to establish manufacturing of air conditioners ...
everything you will  find around  detect around  is 16hz
I did not dare to ask him if it was 16khz or 16hz.
He opposes electric device to be presented,but only hydro electric one.
the offer was no longer valid he was late for train  to the wealth.
He does not understand that if it is 8 pm there will never be 7 PM of the same day.
it is over.
There was also discussion about electric one .

At first  TK ask $3000
TK was in very deep need of money.
There was OK........
Than he promised that he will  give  this technology to humanity,
and that would be electric device.
At that time we have had discussion how the device would be presented


TK:
"Device work  on the earth   in the sea  and in the air."
But when I asked him about taking his device to car
at first he said:


no problem


Than he said:
"where you want me to find the ground connection?"


I was about to  challenge his statement about  sea and air........He noticed that and 
He start  to raise his voice and he dropped connection.


Half an hour after that he start to call me around 10 times
I did not pick up.


Finally i called him.
The proposition was to make presentation in different country.
He refused it.


............................
But  presentation was  to happened.


The requested money was to be send but not only after 3 day from the day  of conversation.
I was told by the man who was to send money:


TK is known for changing his mind.






Than  next day he send me the message.
Wesley do you think that all my life and all my dedication is worth only 3000?
I responded with the letter.
That was explaining  TK all of benefits of this act.
I simply stated:
That by giving it to humanity he will be able to get his patent as if 100 people around the world  will be able to replicate it   than no patent office would be able to reject it.
Than Noble Prices , interviews, contracts to use TK name financial  help from  people and fame of the most influential history of human race.
University honor degree of PHd's.


And help to all of us.

Basically John  Hutchinson art effect was pointed so many times as primary Tesla related one


Dr Judy Wood pointed to that  item standing for fact of direct relation of J Hutchinson  anti gravity and transmutation technology.

History of facts:
About 1980 John was experimenting  with anti gravity and transmutation using? ??? ???

Structure of NMR needs to have 90 degrees coils positioning.


What I was able to understand John has got visitors from Pentagon for 4 months around 1983

studied in single crystals of the planar hexagonal ferrite compound
Ba₂Zn_2-xFe_12-yMn_x+yO₂₂ for values of x + y of about 0·5.
The spin echo spectrum at 4·2°K shows a broad line
extending from about 300 to 470 MHz which has
been identified with Mn⁺³ ions (replacing iron) on
octahedral sites and two relatively narrow lines at
555 and 585 MHz which have been identified with Mn⁺² ions (replacing zinc)
on the two types of tetrahedral sites which occur in this structure.
Both Mn⁺² lines are observed to shift to higher
frequencies with externally applied fields which
is consistent with this interpretation.
The Mn⁺³ lines have also been studied at 77°K and the Mn⁺² lines in
the range between 77 and 200°K.
The hyperfine fields and the temperature dependences of
the resonance frequencies for the Mn⁺² ions on the two types

Bydestructive breakdown we mean a breakdown event that results insurface melting
over a macroscopic area in a high E-fieldregion of an accelerator structure.
A plasma forms over themolten area, bombarding the surface with an
intense ion current(~10⁸ A/cm²), equivalent to a pressure of about a thousand
Atmospheres. This pressure in turn causes molten copper to migrateaway from
the iris tip, resulting in measurable changes inthe iris shape.
The breakdown process can be roughly dividedinto four stages:
(1) the formation of “plasma spots” atfield emission sites, each spot
leaving a crater-like footprint; (2)crater clustering, and the formation
of areas with hundreds ofoverlapping craters; (3) surface melting in

I see direct connection not with the way the coil is winded on the  pictures from previous post but in mechanism of it.

Connect John Hutchinson ( Dr Judy Wood) findings with
Yoke Experiment and with recent pictures.
Of my part I start to play with properties of that  coil as of now.






it is also important to put on graph all of the dates of gentleman from above and  exactly at that time my involvement  in it. I was not only one who was approached.
should i understand that TK was about to give it away but day later he received money from  our Gentleman and that is why he send me the complain about money?

Thanks for sharing your experience in dealing with TK. From what I gather.. TK contraption (out of lack of better word) may be real or not, but it raises a BIG Questions? I for one begin to think TK is a fraud. Because he knows it, he elected to have paid "show & tell" show..  If he honestly have a working device he would have no problem with quality and detailed measurements. He could object to any sketches, pictures, etc... I'm sure he has enough common sense to know no one will give him money blindly. Then again, sucker is born every day...

Yes, that's a good question.

There is a wire connected to the bottom of the box, running across the floor and out the window. This looks like a heavy braid or perhaps the outer braid sheath of a coax cable. Is this the "ground" wire? Does the device still light the electric fire to "full heat" with this wire disconnected?

It's also necessary to know how was this full heat measured, i.e. just because a load is rated 2 kW doesn't mean it's being supplied with enough power to dissipate that much.... even if it's glowing nicely.

What is the rest of TK's house running on? Is he still hooked to the local grid, paying for his electricity? If so.... why?
I sure wouldn't be, if I had a little cube sitting in my lap that makes 2 kW power out continuously. Would you? Make 5 boxes, run your neighbor's house too.
