Returning to topic , noone put attention to one fact. Is there someone interested to improve this device, check dangers and where is the power source ? There is no talk about that , only like : Tariel wants money , we want to produce it. If we want to know everything about it someone has to pay for scientific investigation, but who ? Investors ? No way! They don't want to discuss details in press. Tariel ? Surely , not - he want his rights to be protected too. So who would pay for eliminating dangers , limitations, for checking power source etc.
It's a stalemate situation. Ideal for those in power....

We were willing to do it. And Tariel knows it.We also formulated a plan which would accommodate those in power and not be a threat to the oil producers. The intention was to introduce the technology slowly.
