This patent has no word about displacement current ! Be sue you use the correct source of information! Anyway this is a very large step forward , I realized that the cancellation of self-induction , the same effect which makes transformer underunity is the second key. We want electrons free from lag, moving on surface of conductor with light speed like in vacuum tube, then apply the knowledge about vacuum tubes and Steven Mark notes...

It amazes me that so far nobody was able to replicate Kapanadze device, quite few toss scientific theories that all it does, it confuses/detracts from task at hand.. Kapanadze is a smart man but not a nuclear scientist... JUST LOOK AT HIS DEVICES PEOPLE!!

Displacement current is another thing I wanted to chat about. Lets look at the Bad first.... By the way I said displacement current like and that was mainly dealing with solid matters.

This also means that this displacement current is only in the mathematics. It only is used via a fudging of the math. This was done on the mistaken thought that charges were not free in the environment around the "closed" system they were designing. Since then we are seeing fields as a way to organize these charges and have designed some pretty cool devices like the exciters and polarized translators for the receivers.

Displacement current is not real it is a mind thought or a rationalization of an idea to explain what we couldn't see and to reinforce errors of other portions of this unified theory.

A magnetic version which is not what I am talking about. Tesla's new power source was actually a collection of charges induced in to movement by Voltage that are then organized into a polarized stream. This stream is like poking a hole in a vessel like a sub and generating from the stream and have it evaporate before it hits the floor. The charges seem to be in a fluid like suspension and are linked very strongly in one direction but weakly in another.

Weather you want to admit it or not we live in a very pressurized environment. First we need to create a container (solenoid coil) then we need a separator of the polarities (+,-)(Bifilar coil) or in the bifilar case it inverts one half of one of the fields and combines the two into a uni-polarity. Then we can use any body as a ground or reference voltage to draw from that unipolarity. This does two things. It changes the capacity of the bifilar and raises the voltage potential. Now any charges that gets attracted or sucked into the process get amplified greatly. In value and speed. These free charges, heat could be considered as a charge as well as light(charge in motion), would flow twords the mass we established as the ground. In Tesla's version he used a CAP as the pump. So the Bifilar does three things. It is a capacitance, and greatly overtakes the self induction by that capacitance. There is two. Oh and it is a strengthener and accelerator of charges caught up in the Bifilar winds.

Tesla designed this coil to replace capacitors that were costly and impossible to keep healthy. The coil did way more then we ever knew if designed and built it correctly. We have not built it correctly in my opinion and if we just took the time we could see that we could do way more with a properly built , multilayer coil. We need to use the coil with a pulsed AC Signal just like Tesla told us. The spark gap is this device to pulse an AC signal. At the peek of the positive it will short and I suspect at the lower peek of the signal it will again short. The bifilar would be accelerating both ways. So we have a sea of charges both bound(in matter) and free(environmental) to accelerate. Nothing is being consumed and you net more out because of the free acceleration you get of those charges when they go through the bifilar coil. This is the 250,000 times difference he was talking about. Yeah it came out as voltage but we can always transform that down and get what we need. You can also change the shorting to a directional one by including magnets. This filtering through the stream of the magnets flow only allows one spin to make it through the cross flow.
