This is a great but simple video of a series, and I finnally see what we need to do to the molecules of the atoms we need to excite.  It's called PRECESSION in NMR..  We nned to find the right pulse to get the atoms on their AXIS andspin them at the same time.  NMR finnally explains what I have been trying to understand about this process.  He explains it in a very simple way and the pulse I believe is used to get the atoms on their axis while also spinning them which causes torque and when they push back(I'm trying to interpret whats going on) they create PRECESSION and release the FREE INDUCTION DECAY that releases electrons..  Everyone can help themselves by reading on what I posted before and watching these videos..

@Hoppy,if you mean published results from tests, there are none.In the Turkey
video ,current in is measured shown along with current out measurements.Turkey is a high tech country,has no oil,
a device generating
high power would be of great  interest to them,if there was nothing to TK's claims then no company would
give him the time of day.If you need  absolute proof that TK's device works then a trip to
TK is going to be needed,along with correct measurements and checking for fraud.It is very hard to believe
that a Santa Claus looking kind of guy,working in a workshop that looks like a junk shop
could come up with a device that people with a very high education could never achieve so it must be a fraud,this is the thinking of many members here.
Its so simple you would laugh,sometimes simple is very hard.

Thats very interesting, the fact that if you move the device very far, you'll have to retune the frequency unless you have a good  homogenous  field generator.  The spin echo helps with this and helps align all the vectors of the molecules with an 180 degree pulse just a few moments after the initial 90 degree pulse.  Which creates a much longer rate of decay. Urwin Hawn discovered it in the 1950's U of Illinois..  I'll write more I wrote a much more slimmed down version of the youtube videos on NMR.. The 10 part series is very good at informing on NMR.
In the video he shows how if you change the Magnetic field by putting a metal tool or something near the NMR unit, the spike completely changes and the decay rate practically stops...
