I don't think most people understand the methods correctly. Please read it and understand that the spark gap must be magnetically shunted or rectified to work correctly. The gap and magnetic quenching is essential to the operation of the radiant effect, period.

If you keep reading you will run into the rays section and what they do to segmented matter and what effect they have on solid matter.

It also talks about the duration of spark and what effect it has on us and the environment.

Maybe a Kapanadze is too simple for  us?

Only free energy if we could establish more energy out than in. Unfortunately we are given no indication of either for this video demo. Dr Stiffler also shows this electrostatic effect in his experiments, although he terms it 'spacial energy coherence'. This is IMO  low level radiant energy / cold electricity which pervades the close environment surrounding the coil. Tesla had the same thing but at a very much higher energy level.

I do think the Kapanadze is being seen by some forum members as far more complicated than it probably is in reality.
