So the investigation goes: A differential circuit breaker contains apparently a ferrite toroid that acts as a differential coil (hence the name). That means only the difference between two (or more) currents creates a magnetic field in that coil. Therefore the interesting part of this is the question what could happen when there is a three-phase capacitor (or three single capacitors) connected to that differential coil? Especially if one pole of the three-phase capacitor is connected to N (neutral, ground) as seen in the Stepanov demonstration? Could this create a special resonance? Or could this coil generate the gate voltage for a couple of thyristors so the whole setup goes into resonance with the ground connection?

Maybe it is discussed already but is it confirmed that TK devices really need the earth connection to operate?
Given he mentions Tesla work I would think he transmits energy through ground similarly to WardenClyffe. So there needs to be a hidden transmitter somewhere and in videos we see only the receiver part. Makes sense?
