No, to inverter go, let say, 70 volts, but in big capasitor it go down to 12 volts and inverter normal work. From battery also gose 12 volts. I not look carfully schematic and I tray corect all mistakes, but see, that they is to much, so I corect only some misitakes. And I not very good understand question.
Step down transformer is not in akula divice, there is mistake, if speak about akula divice.

  As far as I can tell alot of confusion surrounds TK"S devices because he was investigating and demonstrating a number of energy harvesting schemes.  I'm concentrating on his Tesla replications because I firmly believe that what we experience in all electrical circuits is a very inefficient process of electron kinetic energy conversion.  Resistance in a conductor at room temperature is created because of all the free electrons going every which way.  When subjected to an electric field we are fighting almost all the randomized motion to get a few to move in the intended direction.  The magnetic field is created by the flow of virtual particles that create the charge on an electron.  This is why when you cool a conductor down a magnetic field resembling that of a current carrying wire appears.  You have decreased the thermal energy of the atomic structure so the magnetic field assumes some sort of order.  A system that creates a cooling effect in a conductor could extract the electronic kinetic energy and induce a current in a nearby conductor due to the change in the magnetic field of the primary inductor.  that is getting cooled.  Think you need crazy intense electric fields to drive all the electrons out of a wire but that is not the case in a spark gap or vacuum tube.

As to whether TK was harvesting energy is a matter of opinion not fact. I'm not saying that you are wrong, just that that your statement should read as your opinion not a fact.

Очень сложный вопрос, попроще надо спросить. Но вообще может и не стоило рисовать, это ерунда, там ничего особого нет. Где в теме Далли я дал схему, там и есть более менее правильная схема, а тут я просто по другому немножко нарисовал, чтоб может так будет понятней, чем та моя схема. Поэтому я немножко запутался и не придавайте этой схеме особого значения.

Это Романа (Акулы) схема. Только дросель вроде бы трёх слоёв и по сто витков каждый слой и провод 5 милиметров квадратных, хотя такой провод похоже не уместиться во сто витков, или я ошибаюсь?


А на эту схему вообще не обращай внимания  (если всё равно совсем не понятно ничего), которую новую дал и луще по этой старой спрашивай, если хочешь, повторяюсь. От съёмной обмотки идёт на питание инвертора, что тут может быть не понятно? Инвертору надо 12 вольт. Тут так много написал, может запутаешься, вообщем, русский перевод не дал ясности. Но я сам может виноват, что выложил недоконченную схему, там это всё неглавно, а ты прицепился, наверное, к пустяку, на что я не обратил особого внимания. Ну теперь, наверное, точно бросишь всё и даже не прочитаешь, так как там переводчик напереводит искажённо.
