Not tested yet. But the basic idea would be that a thyristor (or transistor etc.) switches a coil (or two) in direct dependency of the ground current in order to keep (parametric) resonance (with the ground).

And btw, if someone succeeds in »opening the gates of hell« let me know. I'm anxious to take a look through those gates.

hello can you make mesuring there input to the inducktion device whit watt meter ..and mesuring flux metre in the light bulb then you whill be  sure what you are doing beacouse high frek. from induktion heat can travel easy to earth like wire ..

Also, according to this IEEE article, the magnetic permeability of certain materials can be modulated by an application of electric currents.
It's not unusual.

I remember verpies that during the experimentation with Soviet made 2000 permeability soft ferites trying to replicate SR device, and generally most of the ferites have a great resistance, still despite high resistance they are permeated by HV current. My polymeter metered a resistance of 60 KOhm, yet for 20 KV this is relative small to pass a current of few miliamps.

Yes, for some ferries.  That Konrad & Brudny IEEE article lists some suitable material compositions for this.
