Why do you think, we don't hear from non-naive investors exposing such tricks, for years?  After all, it takes only one, to blow the whistle.

Good question. I would say its because a non-naive investor steers well clear of obvious looking scams. That's assuming that the investor has not perpetrated, or 'is in' with the scam!
