A simple question: What kind of connection is this?

The patent says:

»... wrapped by at least one common conductive member in a closed circuit itself (4) which is connected by at least one induction conductor interconnection element (5) which is connected to a grounding grid ...

So what is an »induction conductor interconnection element«?

Ideas are welcome.

  I don't think that anyone can actually answer the many questions that would come up in trying to replicate the Barbosa device. Much more information, pictures, videos, and an actual WORKING device, and not just an incomplete diagrams are needed. 
  The novel methodology, is beyond just being novel.

1 is an E-core (any iron core should do it)
3.1 and 3.2 is the input (primary) coil for little power
4 is a coil closed looped, it generates the high output power
5 is grounding

The only questions remaining: a) how is 5 connected to 4 and b) what is the meaning of the plus and minus signs?

If we find the answers to this questions -and those answers are so simple you'll laugh- then we are on the finish line.

It is probably an Insulated metal plate, where the Amps appear.  Its a closed circuit onto itself.  Maybe like the Current amp of TK or Tesla wireless radiant energy receiver.  which is an insulated metal plate that gets all the amps when hit with a radiant stream that is also grounded.  Or not...

I think i have figured out the total estimated power consumption of  "Antanas /LITHUANIA circuit" which not declared or not correctly revealed.Likely this was the 1.0 of their successful experiment,calculation mistakes do happen.

Base on video they measured the the mains current at estimate 0.15A x 230=34.5 watt(This is the box which consist of 2 or 3 step down transformer,2 cooling fans and driver circuit 16.9khz)

Then at the final stage of experiment they merely measured the current from mains to vintage/old  TV flyback HV transformer and derived the mains power consumption as around 3.4watt.

So total current consumption is 34.5+3.4= 37.9 wattt(This is the estimated total power consumption for "Antanas /LITHUANIA circuit).

I did a search on flyback transformer in ebay for a start and found that old really old HV transformer does directly needs mains input.I did not do further investigation on how old vintage flyback transformer was constructed.

Using "Avramenko's plug" do not put serious load(Base video the meter hardly move much) on hv transformer or circuit since there is no feeback.

Something like Kapanadze i think they try to superimpose 16.9khz(driver circuit) on 50HZ mains HV transformer.But it's construction looks little more easy to understand than Kapanadze base on the number of  windings(2 ) for  "Antanas /LITHUANIA Device" which was hand assembled.


Lastly there is a best video i spotted so far on non OU version of "single line power transmission" which powers fan and light.I think this was done in USA with good explanation.
