Not if those people standing close to the bearded guy were part of his team.  Take a look at the guys patrolling the house around the balcony in the transparent box video whilst the device is on the balcony, then look at the attached clip showing a very similar wire / cable disappearing over the railings. This is not the wire / cable attached to the device!

Well, the  Bob Boyce said the device went ballistic when he superimposed AC on a DC waveform.
The trafo anomaly talked about earlier did the same.

I'm sorry to offend you.That video was a waste of time.
If you observe carefully the wire which the magnet is able to stick on.The strip had copper and likely tin and other material for the another wire which is silvery in colour.
I think i have seen this type of wire in audio shop before.
