The red LED's frequency on the video is just an effect of 25 frames per second capability of camera. Not the real frequency. Cheers

The (K) from R1 must go up to R5 and R1 is 750 ohm and R5 is 1K, I think .
In the movie there are two red leds with different frequency, the 25 frames of camera must do the same frequency so is not from the camera.

Look. My friend said me 'I still not achived OU device, but I not say is not possible'. I not want pull out how is the device work, but in one television report he explain device have weird output, because frequency is high, but can load usual 50 hz 1 Phase motor and run on cca on 3000 rpm, without any damage in motor, and run under water!
