   Was Tesla crazy?  Lol, I had no idea...
  Because an experiment related to ferrite as a gain medium which is not one of the devices being shown, or devices that we have been working on (with such ferrite cores). Or,  as in TK case (no ferrite core used), aren't proof relating to these devices in particular.
  Now, if you can prove that a device such as TK has shown, or Akula, or others, that we've been discussing do show signs of nuclear decay, and not just (someones fantasies) or theories, that would be different. But, no such proof has ever been made of these devices. 
  Geiger counters, being influenced by high voltage pulses are not proof, of nuclear decay as a source or gain medium from ferrite cores, non ferrite cores, or air cores.
If adequate tests were done on the devices mentioned above were conducted, I'm sure that more people would buy into the idea.  But, they haven't, and yet people have been going on about it "as if" it has, and that this will "save the world", etz...

  I am not doubting the fact that energy can be obtain from matter. My father worked for years in a nuclear reactor plant, as a scientist. I know what type of "gain medium" is possible. But, that is not what Kapanadze, or Tesla have mention concerning the source of operation of any of their devices, ever.

  Is radioactive nuclear decay as a source of power, or gain medium what you really want? Is it?   Not me.

  Do you think that it would even be allowed?  I doubt it.  And, I hope not.
  So, what's your point? Mine is that a natural harvest-able Aether, as an invisible, safe, and abundant renewable energy source, is a better bet.  Believe it, or not.
No one is forcing their opinions on you here. But, of course if you don't believe that something is possible, then for you, it's not possible.

Seems you are confused for long time about what NMR was for.
Please see http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Resonant_Nuclear_Reactor and try to think what is needed if radioactive material can be swapped to another source to have same effect of stimulating electrical oscilation to the level where it gets as energy converter and power source for electrical loads. Then you can see where NMR or electrostatic fields come into play.
With Lithuanian experiment it was swapped to NMR approach for getting strong oscilations of magnetic field, with akula latest video it is electrostatic field and highly possible nuclear stimulation (as you do not like NMR name)  for getting free electrons out of dialectric and Earth ground and with TK devices it smells same at least to me.

So here it goes and no Aether involved by describing those processes.
