Would you be able to elaborate in a more concrete fashion about your idea of that Back EMF-resonance (frequency, Q) and how exactly it is extracted?

We can speak exactly about Frequency in which long grounded wires make resonance in Amperes range. Something like that. Because it is main secret, how to multiply Amperes for possibility to charge capacity inside Green box or  maybe! it is CAPACITOR- 2 GROUNDS! Keith experiment may be the key factor to resolve this "mystery". Thanks!

Hi Zeit, I'm home this weekend so will try your idea coupled with heavy long earth wires ( old arc welding wire earths I have 3 spare ones to join and make a good few metres)

Actually this is all about of connecting a bank of 5KW incandescent light bulbs to a 400 Watt inverter. So what's the problem here?

The internal resistance of the inverter (power source) is too high. That's the problem. Therefore the task is rather simple: Lower the internal resistance of the power source! Since the power source (the inverter) itself is out of reach something with low internal resistance must be connected in parallel to the power source. Hence what about a double resonant LC(C) circuit? One resonance is 50Hz the other resonance is the frequency of the high voltage which connects to the ground (and hopefully to the hidden energy in that ground).
