Based on the 2004 transcript this is the updated Kapanadze schematic.
The principle is the kicking coil generating radiant energy and picked up by the L2
bifilar coil.
The three plate capacitor is necessary to isolate output loop from the input loop
or we have a radiant energy short which even Bedini could not solve.
Very clever Tariel.

i think, he dont use cap on spark gap side. because is no metter if you get capacitor i series or pralalel, always you get noisy white spark. in 2004 and gb vid is spark gap quiet. then in turkey blue coils vid u can see noisy white spark on primary circuit of tc.
if in 2004 vid si 50hz gap, it is a bit dangerous..

Sorry but the diagram is KAPANADZE'S PATENT. Remember he also dampens the coil with 50 hz from his inverter. Also it is a 3 plate capacitor, so the L2 side dampens the effect via the cap.
Re danger: that is one more reason to use earth grounding on the neutral side. His whole 2004 device is dangerous and would never pass health and safety - but Kapanadze wanted his government to help him and they refused.
