A possible method how this fraud was done by the sharkhead(akula).
In the wooden board that the circuit board sits on, there could be a
small hole thru which wires carrying power connect to the under side of circuit board
or there could be very small wires coming from side of wooden board,they would
be invisible because of the quality of the video.
If we assume its real,why would sharkhead post a device that he can make fortune with
or why doesn't he sell a kit to build it,because its a fake

It's wasting time just to speculate a fake unless you can prove a fake otherwise.

We are aware Akula plans is to do it for money yet he give us hints here and there like what Tesla or Don Smith did.Sorry for Don Smith case the last i knew he had suffered couple of strokes and no longer able to assist anyone.It's as good as  bringing it to the grave.

Akula circuit are all valid when i spit his complex pll circuit and work on it section by section and it seems it's able to interact with another component in circuit nicely.
The rest of the portion eg:tuning and etc we would have to figured out little by little the hard way.

But i can tell you or anyone straight away without signal generator\oscilloscope and other common instruments in your hands and worst with "zero" electronics knowledge.
You are as good as lost in the middle of the sea.

It would be easy to spell "fake" and just walk away,if it helps to make you feel better.
I'm just being honest that's all.

So here is 150 pF 10 kV 75 kVAr RUSSIAN CERAMIC HIGH VOLTAGE CAPACITOR K15Y-2 (К15У-2). Viewing from Itsu link. Only maybe  not much other capasistance and voltage.
