If you ask or akula fonarik (lantern) is fake or not, then I thik and bealive, that it is not fake, it real and working as selfrunner. But seems I not enought good understand you questiom, you can ask again try.

Particularly, i understand that two frequencies are involved on this, superimposing one to the other, and then treat it like an AM signal by demodulating it through the Full wave bridge at the output. According to this, do you know in which frequency of the both, L2 is tuned to? Tuned to the low freq or to the high freq?

Dally then ajusyt, ajust frenquency on TL494 generator, Ruslan, then ajust, he ajust frenquency on generator of nanosecond pulses with multispin ponentiometer. So I do not know how exatly need ajust.

taking  a coil inductance calculator and parameters from coil and the cap.... hmmm well now that you mention it; when I was experimenting I tuned to about 4x the frequency of the tl494 and was able to get a fiarly high resonant voltage on the output... but it may be tuned to the nanopulser
