  When Ruslan device is running a load. The highest voltage reading at the bulbs is less than 1kv.  And is totally NON SHOCKING, and not dangerous to ones health. There is NO nuclear decay spewing poison all over the place.
  But, a runaway condition is theoretically possible.  Although, I've never seen it.
  Either a spark gap is needed for the job, or components that do the same thing.  Otherwise all you have is an simple inefficient inverter. 

  Nature works by implosive vortexial energy, like the Sun.  And Not by explosive, destructive, poisonous, nuclear material decays.
  Nuclear reactions, and nuclear reactors should not be allowed.  You can't cheat mother nature,  Or else...
  The Sun is not a nuclear reactor. Nor similar in any way.
 
   As Tesla mentioned, materials that emit radioactivity are doing so, due to the energy that they take in from their surrounding ambient.
Similar to a magnet. They are not where the energy is coming from, or manufactured by. They are only converting Aether to another type of energy. Similar to a solar cell.
   All energy is coming from the Aether, and going back to the Aether.  If there were no Aether, then there would be no anything... including us.
This is all about "fields", and their effects on matter.  Not the other way around.
 
  We can figure out how to burn up natural available materials, but, we have not figured out how to create life, nor to make clean energy. 
Or, the knowledge is there, has been there for a long time, but is being kept secret, still.
  We need to stop burning things up.  Or find another planet to live on, to continue with this nuclear madness. Which is probably why we are still not allowed to leave this rock, and thus avoiding us from blowing up and contaminating any other place.

Kapanadze spark gap can be fake only if its role is replaced with electronic switching  device,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and now just for for pretty eyes spark gap is still  present.

TK at first used spark gap. Than  he told me that he is looking for electronic switching device as  a spark gap burns electrodes and becomes unstable.
So he utilized spark module from  burner.
That was interesting as burst of impulses from that module is programmed  in TTL .
That is interested because  it is stupid device that can not do any synchronized action and than the rest of circuitry  must be tuned to that  preprogrammed HV TTL block.
We might also think that no synchronization is  necessary. All need to be present is short  repeatable  burst.

And what is the role of the Kapanadze spark gap? When the role in the first Kapanadze video was to serve as an eye-candy then an electronic switching device is also just an eye-candy? Correct assumption I think, because in a lot of replication videos the amounts of electronics seems to do nothing more than to serve as an eye-candy.

To put it another way: If you want to make sure that your device will never work then construct it with a spark gap (or two).

That whole idea »using a spark to generate energy« is based on no more than two Kapanadze videos (tin can and green box). And those sparks have nothing to do with the amount of energy output of the device (proven by Kapanadze himself).
