Today I   have had  conversation   with my friend from Italy.
He employed professional  translators to analyze videos of Walter Bischop
Based on his analysis:
- Walter did not provide sufficient or  even any valuable prove of self-sustainability of his device.
- Walter did no produce any convincing video  frames that might point at effects claimed.
-Walter shows capacitor charging and discharging.
-Walter  wants money for reviling secrets  that he did not presented as of yet.
-Based oh his opinion  Walter did not manifest nor present convincing level of knowledge  as to support his device to the point of any satisfaction.


Based on  all above:
-We might wait for further developed of the ideas introduced in the videos if any.
- we might ask questions on Walter's video comments , same way any investor  will ask questions before spending any money with Walter.
- crediting or discrediting Walter achievement is now up to your individual decision.





Walter approached me first and  very quickly and send me a letter. Thank you Walter for that.
The letter was in french and will not be publish as I respect Walter or anyone else who is trying to contribute to FE movement.

I'm trying to make sens from everything you publish.
First you need to know  " who, how, why"- about me and than I can help, disregard  any advantages and disadvantages of it.
I can be   named - traditionally conservative scientifically oriented researcher .
I have seen working device of  Tariel Kapanadze and I have hold it in my  hands.
I have certain recognition  and contacts  in the field of science.
Some of traditional scientists respect me very much, despite the fact of my  " supposedly rebellious" approach.






1.You need to understand  me as:
-I'm harmless,
-I'm friendly,
-I'm non business oriented
-I'm no way to be corrupted, and  there is no money that  can buy me.!!!


2. -I know where the money is  waiting.
-I know how to attract people to invest their money

-I would feel comfortable to represent real inventor, with real achievement, into the science and commercial  world.


My philosophy is :
3.  -no inventor can make money  on sale of concept of   "FE" device.
- there is plenty of money around, and nobody will give you money(but they will promise you money)
-No FE technology can be  sold to one big buyer, and there is  no real big buyer, and never will be one. (however,  you  can be blinded by illusion of the big buyer.)
- there is small buyer,  and that is every adult person in the earth.
- any of the concepts that is based on phenomena  or similar phenomena to Tariel  Kapanadze can not be  patented ever.( His patent application was denied but  his art counts as to priority of art.)
-based on international treaty   since 1903 there is no patents  for devices falling to category "perpetual motion machines". to be approved.
-no power  in the world will allow you to corrupt  "economic system structure" (there was 2 times attempt to assassinate me )


- hijacking  of the system is only real way  to  success.
That requires from any inventor to understand that their safety is in voluntary published secrets of the device and allow people to replicate it.
As crazy as it sounds it is the only way to become  world  recognized celebrity highly paid and rewarded.


And that is area I would be   ethically very happy to  be of help to  you or a anyone.
-first device sold by any "investor" who  "paid you money" will be replicated by buyer.
That buyer will next sale it without paying  money to you or to investor.
And that is why there is no investor but you can sale device to anyone ( 6.9 billion people on the planet earth).
Inventor than  do not care   that this is a competition if the buyer is everyone on the street?there is plenty of room   for everyone.

Je suis No 1 dans les bobines de Tesla en France et dans leur fabrication.
Je pense avoir un minimum de connaissance pour savoir si oui ou non il y à des résultats .
Il est clair que je ne divulgue pas tout pour le moment. Cela reste un choix personnel car je ne fais confiance à personne. 
Je suis sur les travaux de Nikola Tesla depuis des années. Je préfères aussi le lien physique à l'internet. Bien qu'aujourd'hui  il soit plus difficile de passer par lui.

Ce que vous ne comprenez pas , c'est que si rien ne sort sur l'énergie libre , c'est que les inventeurs passent des années à chercher pour trouver.

Bien malgré moi je partage beaucoup d'information sur mes heures de recherches.

Encore une fois c'est pour ça que je n'aime pas le net.

Car on juge sans connaître les qualifications de la personnes. Je peux assurer que 100 % des gens qui sont venues voir mes travaux on constatées.

La plupart des gens, oui mais pas tous.

Il suffit de voir le nombre d'abonnées et le nombres de personnes qui postent.

Il donnent ses critiques oui, mais je pense que si il était malin il aurait compris une chose: Pensent il que si je poste une vidéo comme celle ci c'est que je n'ai rien dans mon chapeau?


Si j'arrive a mes fin, c'est en cour. Mais je me demande une chose, est ce que la plupart des inventeurs free energy , n'ont ils pas simplement rien donner, car ils ont peur d'être les nouvelles Oppenheimer?

C'est vrai que l'energie libre c'est bien, mais pensez à la sur consommation. J'ai recu chez moi un ministre du ministères de l'écologie. Il voyait le tableau comme vous. Mais après réflexion des risques, il se trouve qu'il s'est mit a réfléchir autrement.


Concernant la suite des travaux je posterais les vidéos au fur et a mesures des avancées. Malheureusement je ne suis pas bilingue.

Concernant la maitrise des bobines de Tesla cela va de paire avec l'energie libre . Et ça  pour la simple et bonne raison que entre théorie et pratique c'est vraiment autre chose!!
