So Wesley is admitting that he _can't_ do it, in spite of having seen the devices up close and having analyzed the videos and presented the schematics, and having all that surplus equipment in his lab. If Wesley can't do it, what makes people like NickZ think that he can do it? After all.... Nick doesn't have all that equipment, nor the background knowledge, nor the experience that Wesley has.

I don't know what he exactly means, if someone approached him and his team with a 100mil deal and he refused because of priority rights than he must be a good man but also know the secret of Kapanadze or else not knowing the secret would be the reason to turn down the deal, or maybe i see this wrong?
