If I find an old patent describing a  box of any shape , giving more electric power at output then put into it on input , all other patents including Tariel ones are void ,right ? ;-)
Case closed.

Example: As long as they will be able to prove that Tariel patent application covers  subject  with  filing date earlier than  you.
You might consider yourself  "good man" who made successors of Tariel Kapanadze   finally getting the patent that was never given  to Tariel.

I hope you don't think Tariel's patent is real,its a piece of trash,worthless.
Too many people believe that Tesla was a god in Tariel's area of the world,hes device
has nothing to do with Tesla's inventions.Heres a question that should be asked but is not
from what I understand Tariel broke an agreement with the Turk company TMZ.Heres the problem,you don't see devices coming from turkey,this happened in 2008 I believe .
I believe he some how  sabotaged the 3 devices so they won't work before he left,2 big devices and one small one ,how is a mystery.

were most-likely made by the company, the Turk engineers would have tried to reverse engineer the
devices,they didn't or couldn't.A NDA would not have stopped the company from making and selling Tariel's device with or without him.Tariel
is a deceitful(a flower of humanity) person,that has no concept of what is any truth,so what he says can not be trusted at all.People in here
forget every device he has made operates on 50HZ not high frequencies
every device he has made is different from each other to create confusion,along with its a Tesla invention.

It is not important what I believe at. It is important to know that any patent application in this area must fallow patent search  and as it is not much to search for
Tariel patent application will come first . Patent preparer will first  look at patent claims , to estimate how much of a chance  he has to fight with Patent Office Examiner. It means nothing, that Tariel  application was  denied . ( if you have perfectly working device, You're probably wondering why Tariel patent  then is being reexamined)
The answer is simple . In my standards that person/or you,  - is as filthy as Tariel was.
In Patent office standards  you have  full rights to protect your intellectual property.
So is Tariel, and he was first despite the fact what kind of garbage he put into his  patent application.
So there is  enough for him or  any member of his family, or any authorized  successor to present that indeed Tariel art is  working as  desired.
Application can  have as little as piece of  "scratched paper"  with few lines on it, and good claims written  to  prove  its priority over your art.
What is important is  post office stamp. ( filing date)

Patent application was started by TMZ. Turk  was preparer of international patent application.
In 2008 there was no more TMZ. Tariel took the opportunity to  deal with Turk.
Turk is one of the best patent attorneys  in the country.
Turk gave him very straight deal.  50% of future profit belongs to him.
It is unknown to me if there was 51% or 50% and that is important.
If business contract was signed than that 1% extra makes  Turk "the God" he is  the decision maker not TK.

There is the guy who knows precisely how  TK device  works.
I could find the guy. I know the guy. I have met the guy.
He will stay "shut up" till TK is alive.
