Let's focus on the oldest Kapanadze device. It is extremely simple - transformer ,diode bridge on low voltage side,two diodes, capacitor and a box and coil-transformer  with spark gap.
What can be inside the box ? The only part which is not visible connected to anything is a diode bridge, so I assume in the box is something which needs low voltage (12-24V) DC current. IMHO it may be a DC motor, relay, HV capacitor or some source of HV like Tesla coil.This box is the only source of HV visible, so there is not much possibilities.
The key is to find what is the purpose of the switch - if we find it we will find the underlying principle..

What is interesting is this sentence:

The present invention refers to an electric-energy generator transformer by electromagnetic means through a potential generator and the employment of capacitor or condenser plates (or bobbins) a receptor component of magnetic energy which is transformed into electric current. Giving as a result that the induction current component is transformed into useful electric energy.

It refers to capacitor plates as bobbins.

Kapanadze in his patent also mentioned bobbins but we were all thinking that he means coils.

I do not understand Spanish so  I don't know what they are talking in this patent but this sentence was in English.

So if the bobbins are capacitors and points are some kind of switching mechanism between capacitors? Or points can be collecting points from lots of capacitors?

If his device is step down transformer than it needs high voltage on input side so when it steps down output would be desired voltage, as Kapanadze said in his
patent fixing the voltage.
And if it spends very little current for operating than it is mostly voltage dependent device.

It all make sense. Presence of high voltage, spark gap is to empty cap and reset the
process.

Don't take it for granted. This is just me thinking loud.

I am trying to connect the dots.
So far I was unlucky trying that with coils, and if I remove coils from equation things
are starting to become more reasonable.

I managed to OCR and Google translate patent.
It looks like Don Smith stuff.

He is talking about charging capacitor plates just by placing them in strong field.

I am not a fan of Don Smith and I am little bit skeptic about his work, so...

I don't know.

But as I was reading topic:
what happens between a teslacoil the battery the incadescent bulb and the ground

and I think that field of Tesla coil somehow can influence capacitors.

Something is here and I can not grasp what is it.
I tried so many things and I feel like I am blind in the dark and it is just somewhere
around, very close but I can not see it.

Probably it is something so simple and stupid which all
of us overlooked so many times that nobody don't even bother
to look in that direction any more.

And Kapanadze is the only one who laughs all the time.
