You are probably searching at wrong subject.

Kapanadze has never lab. He said that.
He worked at basement, and small room, he also said that.

To achieve resonance your way you need equipment.
What about him? Does he have it?

leo48  Like I said resonance with some strange mechanism to keep it. It involve creating radiant energy and capture it on the current running loop which enlarge amperage and adjust to the load with resonance  not modified. Or in other words :  some kind of radio waves creating at resonance which enlarge amperage at output and in the same time keep resonance at input so input do not see output. But there is a  trick to creating these waves I think
