It was a video made  highly likely by an American-of Irish  descent ( accent) and is quite old( 20 years) ( it is not   H.264)

Fabon didn't make  translation to it. He doesn't speak English and is using  on line translator.
As we see from  quality of his comments.
That is easy to check: If Fabon was a translator than he  has  original English file too and he can point at the  original author.
There is always a reason for requesting a download _{to gain  initial confidence}  of something that could be published and is for free.

Video doesn't  bring any revelation.

Than at  its output it is connected to  pancake  flat coil .

On the  very top - it is yet another pancake  flat coil that is connected to the load.
Both coils require tight near field coupling.

My version is a bit different. I believe that the outer coils are used as Helmholtz series coils in the resonant circuit, and the inner coils are switched on in the capacitance mode for energy extraction.

By the way, a similar principle of inductive-capacitive coupling is used in the German patent of Paul Imris free energy generator:

The author of this device says it's like a detector. I think he made a radio receiver that accumulates energy in bifilar coils and periodically draws energy from the system.
He says so too. He does not say what is the source of energy because everything is on the table. We know that you can have a rabbit under the table.
The need for an impulse for the initial excitation of the system, which is not strange for the electronics to start.
It would be nice to repeat it anyway, although there are already special integrated circuits for recovering energy from the environment.
As far as I know, Samsung plans to charge the battery via base stations in a similar way.
