Not much details on the HOW it works, and the English is very bad, but WO patents are easy to obtain.

He says in the patent WO 2008/103130: "in other words to produce more amount of energy than the received energy."
and "This device can also feed the initial power supply."

and in patent WO 2008 / 103129: "The present invention is a device both self sufficient (self-feeding) and producing ready to use electric energy"
"A very small part of this electric energy generated is used by the device to feed itself"
"It is possible to obtain energy in desired amounts of KW from the device."

Thanks, after reading it I could get nothing out of that abstract mess. Is it what they call a patent these days? What happened to Tesla style patents where everything was simple and clear. This also shows why patents these days and especially relating to FE are a joke. Why does FE only strike clowns that make all the wrong choices.

Kapanadze patent is useless. Nothing of value there. Only vague statements.
He has said after obtaining a patent will disclose his device to public domain. No such luck huh?

IMO, Kapanadze plays rediculus games. If he has been threatened, he would not dare to say he has any OU device. If he is not threatened, and he possess such device of enormous potential - that would have been confiscated for "security reasons" by military in a blink of an eye - why he do not do anything?

The Kapanadze-Turkish enterprize did not work out. The product was bad i suppose rather than any split of profits disagreement.

Lets be realists with his patents / device. Almost no theory (conspiracy or not) holds good on his case, exept the obvious - (Occam's razor). He has not something of value.

In our case, concerning our fore-going experimenters. I think the importance should be on the  FOCUS if they have OU.

What if the MOT can light 10x100 watts bulbs at 50% brightness (meaning 30% wattage)? Have we OU? Lets try for improvements... improvements of what principle? Experimenting is good and fun... but OU obtaining is a story on its own.

This little bothering aspect must be dealt efficiently and beyond doubt.

At best I would like to run an electric boiler to heat the home this winter, it's too scary to think the next winter will be anything like the last monster.  And at this point I can live with plugging it to mains if it can suck only say 30% of the rated power on the boiler.
