Hi Bruce & all!

It was very hard to translate part when SR talks about output solenoid and transformer. I tried to give exact words but when combining his gestures, words and intonation I would say that exact words do not give correct answer!
IMHO answer is that "output " (big solenoid) only powers 220V transformer below, and everything else, including the bulb, is powered from that 220V transformer. I suggest to investigate where the wires from bulb exactly go, IMHO they go into 220V transformer.

So I'm presenting the "Kapanadze process" to you as I understand it at this moment (version 0.2):

1) transistor A controls HV transformer
2) HV transformer feeds some capacitor/diode/sparkgap combination B
3) B gives sparks/impulses with 50Hz frequency and one polarity
4) impulses go to Tesla primary coil C (6 turn)
5) C kicks long secondary solenoid D (Tesla bifilar?) real hard
6) solenoid D kicks core E formed from stack of ferrite rings (REALLY HARD)
7) core E flips domains (in panic)
in steps 4-6(-7) 220V transformer F is disconnected from solenoid D with help of power transistors pair G that are in sync with A
9) 220V transformer F is now connected to secondary D with help of G and
feeds off EMF created by domain flip in E
10) F is again disconnected with help of G
11) back to step 4

It seems that Kapanadze placed F on D together
(thats why he has extra secondary coils) and SR
placed F separate from D.

All the resonance Kapandze talks about is just
keeping 220V transformer disconnected when
Tesla coil kicks ferrite core real hard.

Only thing I'm not sure about is this grounding
business but it seems that Tesla coil is
"sucking energy in" like shown on multiple videos,
so logical place for organizing that energy is
placing something inside of Tesla coil, like
beefy "ground antenna"

I'm not electronics guy so I leave circuit design to you
(Crowdsourcing kicks a**!)

PS. I'll try to dig up more about this core sparking business
on russian forum.

I have done experiments with Leedskalnin's Perpetual Motion Holder:
- I take split ferrite ring core (RF supressor removed from casing)
- make coil on both parts, even 10 turns of .2mm or 0.4mm work, but more is better
- I put core parts together to form a ring
- *spark* one coil from small 12V battery
- apparent shockwave hits the core with loud CLICK (Tesla says these are electrons pushed out from conductor because of longtitude shockwave), click is not coming from spark but from place where coil is on core
- core parts stick together like magnets (holds own weight)
- I can detect no external magnetic field even with compass
...

I don't understand where there would be a mystery here.
When you "*spark* one coil from small 12V battery" it creates a magnetic field in that core part, attracting the other part and then, the magnetic field lines loop along the ring formed by the 2 parts.
So there is no magnetic field outside the ring.
It is the same thing as presenting 2 U shape permanent magnets facing with opposite poles and let them stick one another.
You get a magnet with an enclosed magnetic field.
It is the principle of a toroidal core but with a static field instead of a variable field. No external field can be detected and only weak quantic effects can be detected at a distance (see "Aharonov-Bohm effect").

It is not about mystery, it is about making magnetic transistor and controlling big forces with small forces. I have also made purely mechanical magnetic transistors based on the LaFonte Group work.
