Did you perform the experiment with Michel_Meyer's setup:
Measure the voltage across a copper rod . On that rod a coil is wound and a frequency is applied to that coil of : 172753,867 Hz
Because this setup describes (in my opinion) the part of the kapanadze device which is totally nonsense regarded with a standard physicists mindset.

By the way this has its logic, since in the first place you got no OU (or an OU appearance) then all are going according the EE teachings.

I don't know yet if I have OU or no OU. I have no equipement to measure the power because the current is not pure sinus. We must integrate the intantaneous product U(t)*I(t) over time. From an oscillograph it is possible but tedious, and nevertheless I would do it if I "felt" that the output was more than the input. But I don't. I burnt out a 12v 55w light bulbs in series with the primary winding, so it is obvious that the device draws a large current (> 5A, i.e >1150 W).

I say it is according to "EE teachings" because some told us about possible special effects due to the earth viewed as a "big capacitor" or to "displacement currents" but when we remove the earth connection, we observe exactly the same thing.

I wander why Naudin that has some sophisticated outfit, he does not uses any.. too early?

We need a digital equipement able to sample U and I at high rate and compute the instantaneous U*I product to get the power by integrating over time. I don't know if he has such an equipement.
It seems impossible to correctly measure the power with the equipment he used. There is HF noise and current is not pure sin. The "Energy Check 3000" seems not intended for that (I read the manual available at Conrad, it seems to be a very basic equipement, the specifications on the frequency range and the measurable wave shapes are not even given).
It is a pity to use such a poor powermeter, in addition by measuring only the input power not the output, for suggesting there is OU. It is very disappointing because on the other side, Jean-Louis gives us good and well documented matter so we have the best and the worst.

It's called a DSO and yes he has one. DSO's are rather cheap lately, you can buy one from 300 USD off of ebay. Will be the best investment you'll make in a long while.

measure imput mot wavefrom voltage and current

and phase between them

just measure surface below waveform in some grid image drawing programs
