The circuit of the bulbs is looped through the soil from one ground connection to the other one.
The two ground connections simply add a resistance in series with the circuit.
From my tests, a direct connection with no ground connections at all gives the best results. If the resistance between the two ground connections is low (30 ohm for mine), it is quite the same. If the resistance is high (1Kohm in another test I made), the bulbs don't light so bright because a part of the power is dissipated in this ground resistance. The lower the ground resistance, the lower the losses and the higher the brightness. No weirdness. All is working according to Thevenin's Theorem.

my picture is just an asumption of the original whitch i got from the pattent and how it might work( there are many ways to go about it) But if you pulse a transformer /(Choke) with a high freq and switch the output with a lower freq then you get more out than you put in. Remember the meters we mere mortals use dont mesure the flow but the thiknes of the pipe and derive the suposed flow from known EQ but what hapens when you presurise the flow it still reeds the same value but there is more energy stored? just my tit bit.

Thanks i recently redone my pc and still need to install apr software.
my first diagram needs alot of corection as components concerns but someone more skiled would understand the basics of what i intended to say. (sounding like the pattents)
with opto coupler circiut you can control the output voltage and current if you know power suply's so then getting 220 or 110v is no problem on the output because you control the rate at the input (rate of spark) in kapanadze circiut interesting that the pattent is nothing like jlnaudens and other reps theirs is only half a circiut?
