While you watch the video try to do not concentrate for the first tile on equations but on overall content.
It is 2 hours video. If some of you do not bother to watch it, think of how many hours more you spend on building your Kapanadze replica.

Here is an interesting experiment that I came across:

Another member already mentioned a negative resistance in this thread and this point is to be emphasized. A negative resistance appears in carbon arcs (but I think other types should work too). If the arc is a part of a LC circuit, then it forms an oscillator that can generate strong HF currents.

In Kapanadze's patent, there are black boxes called "frequency stabilizer" and "frequency adjuster" thus we can think about LC circuits possibly exploiting an arc negative resistance.

It is not related to the proof or disproof of OU but it could explain some of the observations on the functioning and/or problems of power measurements.

IMO the carbon arc generate carbon nanotube that exibit ballistic electrons effect and negative resistance.
