Wrong! It isn't economically possible to sell something which cannot be regulated by stupid law.

I have no idea what this means. My company builds and sells electronic products every day. Not a single one of those is directly regulated. If I were to put a Kapanadze style generator of 5KW or so into a box and start selling it, there is nothing to stop me. If the plans for such a device were also available on the Internet, such that anyone with the skills could build it, there would be no government effort to stop it...because it simply could not be stopped.

The only thing that is keeping this from happening is greed.

Nah. The unwashed masses are used to magic now. It really wouldn't be that big a deal. The earliest products would be far too expensive for most people to afford. It would takes years for this to gain traction. But your picture would make a great movie plot!

I don't see anyone fighting here. We are discussing the impact of when such technology is offered commercially. Some here think it would be catastrophic. I personally do not.

It is somewhat moot however, since none of us here have a functional unit. It was my hope that some of our Russian speaking friends could shed some light on SR's build, but for whatever reason, it doesn't seem that SR has shared his design. Sad.

When I said "fight", I meant that when there is commercial interest in something, they often forget to share knowledge.
