The following is a possible interpretation of the statements by Kapanadze, regarding having a ground or three-phase "Y", based on an entirely different concept of operation put forth by Grumpy on another forum, which he derived from work performed by Dr. Harold Aspden:

1. The device with the ground connection does not have a rotating field

2. The three-phase "Y" produces this rotating field and a ground is no longer required

3. The rotating system is able to produce a charge separation directly.

If anyone knows how Kapanadze's "garden coil" work, then he can tell me why power must be applied to start the device before it will self-run.

I do not see anyone talking about this small "fact", yet it is very important. 

Everyone talks about ferrite, transformers, and Tesla Coils, but nothing about starting this device.

Negative HV? Means DC high voltage! Many people knows that the hv is AC as mentioned long time ago.

Now says "negative" to attract positive ions. So, we track the wrong one before?

Negative HV mostly found at many photocopying machines...I see it daily for more than 2 decades.

I was "suprised" to see Cosmo broke his silence and suggest novel thing directing the research to Tesla's tubes, Some interesting Dr. Stiffler's experiments etc.
What about ferrite?
I have a couple real Russian friends that did not mentioned to me their ferrite experiments achievements.
I believe as i do not hide any experiment of mine from them (even though primitive) so they do not from me since those are more or less academic individuals rather than merchants.

Cosmo, at best you stimulate experimentation with your vague, Pythoness style wording . Thanks to you i experimented with magnetic amplifiers and ferrites. But when it comes to any real world end result, no much i saw neither hope to.
