That means that Jean-Louis Naudin's Kapagen is usefull as a camping voltage.
At many campings in Europe you can get a similar capacity.
So I can build one ore two in my caravan (2 groups), and make use of a Watt controller.

Im rather sceptic because have not seen any working device up till today - not any!

I have kept a weather eye open in many sites, in Russian forums as well - like all over the places there this kapagen enthusiasm does die away.
Year ago all was "solved!" ... "replicated!" ... "successfully!" , even videos for proofing, but today most of people are keeping at a distance,
or taking it with humor if not with irony. As well as in this forum - "TPU solved!!!!!!!!!!!!"successfully replicated!!!!" - but where it is, dear Messrs?
Anyway - some guys here are making great things, very interesting experiments,
And of course, busy yourself with OU is much more better than drinking or drugs.

The problem is that actually there are very, very few people carrying out actual experiments and these few people are severely underfunded to expect quality research from them. The appearance of so much activity is given by hoards of armchair philosophers and know-it-alls who probably have nothing else to do. On the other hand there are a bunch of these Kapanadze's who desperately try to extract money from investors by playng dishonest games of pretending to have something extraordinary without caring to prove that they really have it.
